Although digital marketing is still comparatively young, it includes a multitude of different channels, strategies, and technologies. The management of Neo@Ogilvy has many years of experience in all areas of digital marketing. All managers have a comprehensive marketing background, and most of them have been active in the digital media field since the commercial use of the internet began more than 10 years ago.


With over 20 years experience in senior agency financial positions, Catharine understands the business challenges facing the industry, particularly in digital and direct media, the fastest growing segment of marketing communications today.
Catharine was part of the original senior management team that founded Neo@Ogilvy. In the 18 months since launch, Neo@Ogilvy has grown significantly and was named one of The Wall Street Journal’s “Agencies to Watch” in 2007.
As Global CFO for Neo@Ogilvy, she is a driving force behind turning Neo’s business goals into operational reality. She oversees acquisitions and the integration of newly acquired companies into the Neo business model. She also proactively targets and facilitates joint venture arrangements and is vigorously involved in new business.
Prior to joining Neo@Ogilvy, Catharine held various positions within the organization including Global CFO for mOne (a joint venture between OgilvyOne Worldwide and MindShare) and Finance Director for OgilvyOne in New York and Dallas. She began her career as North America Controller for Chiat Day (now TBWA Chiat Day). She is a member of the OgilvyOne Worldwide Management Forum.
Catharine has a BS Finance and an MBA Corporate Finance. She resides in New York City and spends most weekends at her home in East Hampton, New York.
