Although digital marketing is still comparatively young, it includes a multitude of different channels, strategies, and technologies. The management of Neo@Ogilvy has many years of experience in all areas of digital marketing. All managers have a comprehensive marketing background, and most of them have been active in the digital media field since the commercial use of the internet began more than 10 years ago.


With 15 years experience in Human Resources at leading global companies,
Jean-Rene understands that competitive advantage in the marketplace is
very much influenced by a company's ability to attract, develop and retain
high calibre talent.
As the Global HR Director for Neo@Ogilvy, Jean-Rene works in partnership
with Neo senior management across the regions to align global business
strategy to key HR initiatives. In the year since coming to Neo, he has
helped to implement a performance management strategy and has worked
closely with management and staff to execute core HR processes including
objective setting, talent management, performance management and
recruitment. He has also partnered with the regional leads to restructure
Neo business units to establish clear accountability and improve client
services.
Prior to joining Neo, Jean-Rene held various HR generalist and consulting
roles at L'Oreal, Pepsico, Accenture and the Gillette Company. In these
roles, he provided a full range of HR support to clients in recruitment,
training, leadership development, performance management, employee
relations and organizational change.
Jean-Rene has a BS in Communications from Boston University and an MBA
from Duke university, Fuqua School of Business. He resides in Edgewater,
NJ and spends his weekends with his wife and newborn son.
