Although digital marketing is still comparatively young, it includes a multitude of different channels, strategies, and technologies. The management of Neo@Ogilvy has many years of experience in all areas of digital marketing. All managers have a comprehensive marketing background, and most of them have been active in the digital media field since the commercial use of the internet began more than 10 years ago.


Sharon has been in the marketing business for 19 years. She started her career in Marketing at Nestle Rowntree Confectionery, in the United Kingdom, progressing to manage the media planning and buying performance of the company's roster of agencies. Following a tour in TV sales Sharon moved to Ogilvy London as a media planner on Nestle Foods, Dalgety/Golden Wonder, BBC Radio Times Magazine and the National Association of Clearing Banks.
Sharon transfered to the media department of Ogilvy New York in 1994, which later became MindShare New York. Here worked on Kodak, Kimberley Clark, Maidenform, Brooks Brothers and ITT Sheraton, graduating to lead the global team on IBM for 7 years. She spent a year in Baltimore as the Media Director of Carton Donofrio Partners looking after the National Association of Realtors, Walden University, The American Institute of Architects, ITT, Air Products, Calvert and The Campaign for Our Children. Sharon rejoined Ogilvy as the Global Media Director of Neo@Ogilvy in 2006.
Sharon has won several media planning awards, including Media International Magazine's Best Global Campaign, BtoB magazine’s Best and Brightest and a shortlist at Cannes. She holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bradford.
